So yeah, this is the penultimate assignment for perspective. We had to take a picture of a building and change its angle. This is how mine turned out. I am pretty happy with it. Only a week left and it is winter break. Bitter Sweet.

2D Analogous Project

I am not one to take pictures but I started to enjoy and appreciate it more since learning more about composition.

This next one is interesting. We had to stare at the model for a minute and capture the pose in our brains as much as we could. Then after she was done posing, we had to draw from memory for 3 minutes. I am happy with how this turned out. This gives me the sense that I understand anatomy better than before.

Face Study

This week in Figure, we will study the face, hands, and feet. Monday was the face; hence, the face.

So the homework was to render a skeleton front and back but I figured "straight on" front or back would be kind of boring. I still got all the "bony landmarks" Dominic keeps emphasizing. Yeah. Enjoy. I took some 4 hours on each of them. I'm going to try to work faster.
